SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. We have put into place current safeguards to protect the health and safety that can affect shipping times. 

Orders placed Monday through Friday with express shipping will go out the same day if the order is placed before 1 PM (EST). 

Any orders with express shipping placed after 1 PM EST will not be processed until the next business day. Orders with express shipping placed over the weekend will be shipped out the next business day. Please note that even with an express shipping option we cannot guarantee your package will arrive within the allotted time. UPS has been experiencing service impacts which can cause delays in shipping time. We will not be responsible for reimbursing shipping costs due to UPS delays. If you select the Free Ground Shipping or Ground Shipping option, please allow 1- 2 business days before your order is processed from our fulfillment center. 

During periods of high volume (sales and major promotions), it may take longer to process and fulfill orders. We ask for your understanding and patience while we do our best to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes: Please note that UPS DOES NOT SHIP to P.O. Boxes. If your order is submitted using a P.O. Box address, we will contact you to choose an alternate address and, if required, submit your order for payment review.

Return  Policy

We believe in our products. If you are not satisfied with any order you placed through www.TRHIforIconicHair.com, then you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund, email us at info@iconicbeautyproducts.com, include your order number in the email subject line (order number starts with “IconicBeautyProducts#”) and a brief message for the reason you are requesting a refund. In most cases, subject to our refund guidelines described below, these requests will be honored. Please note that(except for refunds due to defective or damaged products) shipping charges are non-refundable and for international orders, duties, and taxes are also non-refundable.  

If your item arrives damaged or defective and you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@iconicbeautyproducts.com within 14 days of the purchase date. Please include your order number in the email subject line (order number starts with “IconicBeautyProducts#”), and photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of the rest.


Note that orders placed with our retail partners are subject to the refund and return policy of each retailer. Please contact the retailer’s customer support team and provide the original dated receipt.

CAN I RETURN THE MERCHANDISE?

Yes, you can return or exchange merchandise. Items must be unworn with no stains and must be returned in the plastic bag the item came in.


CAN I RETURN A FINAL SALE ITEM?

Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are nonrefundable.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?


You will receive an email confirming your refund or will be contacted by one of our Customer Care representatives within 48 hours after we received your email. 

Refunds will either be issued to your credit card company or bank depending on your method of payment.  Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@iconicbeautyproducts.com

Customer Service hours are 9 am-5 pm PT Monday through Friday, excluding US national holidays. 

Iconic Beauty by TRHI  reserves the right to verify any refunds and request a return of the products you purchased.
